Allow non-existent pages to be redirected to a custom page instead of the home page.

This would be helpful so that we can provide a page that tells the site visitor that they went to a page that does not exist instead of just loading the home page.

Yes!  This is so standard I don't know why it hasn't been implemented yet.

I am baffled by the fact that our system doesn't already work in this way.  What was the blackbaud team thinking in building out a web product without looking at basic website operations?

This is standard practice in website development.  It should not be something users have to vote on to implement.  Blackbaud should have as their goal to deliver a fully functional product to their customers and that includes website functionality that is at least on par with industry standards.

This is a great idea! More in line with how users expect a 404 error page to function.
