Add the ability to add new time zones or rename existing time zones.

Though our CRM environments and hosting is US-based, our organization has users in many different countries. Our Australia office would like to have Australian time zones named as they are in that country, rather than just having a name of the city that falls in that time zone. For example, Australian Western Standard Time (GMT + 8:00), aka AWST, rather than Perth (GMT+8:00). See attached screenshots showing the desired time zone names and what the time zones are currently named

Hi. Plan Australia have a Customised Query View Node on Constituent(Primary Address) that calculates the Time Zones for Australian territories by using State and PostCode

We named the zones by State/Capital City, or regional area rather than GMT+ as the daylight savings times change on different dates.
