Enable the recording of non-revenue responses to Public Media Efforts

A key group in our organisation advertises on radio and in national newspapers inviting people to request further information about their services. The group would like to be able to record that a person responded to the advert to ask for more information - which could lead to a donation later on the relationship, but for now will only result in the person being added as a constituent in the database, and a mailing sent with the information. By recording the responses to specific adverts directly linked to a public media effort, the group will be able to asses the effectiveness of each advert, and this will help target advertising budget and spend to the most effective channels.
