Allow links in data list output to be opened in a new browser tab, via the standard right-click Merged

For example, we have a Data List which displays the name of the supporter as a hyperlink which drills through to the Constituent Page.  It would be very handy if we could right-click on this link and be offered the usual option of opening the result (in this case the Constituent record) in another browser tab.
